Library organization
So I’ve had this idea in my head for a couple of days now.
How do you organize your books?
I organize by author’s last name. Hard-cover is forever alone in its own section. Series are together in order. My “reference library” is made up of previous textbooks and research used for school and is done is fields, but like fields are grouped together. Like anthropology, archaeology, folk stories and mythology. There is also a favorites book case mainly grouped in feelings. The top of the favorites list are usually eye level with radiating feels. There is also a “to read” bookshelf in my bedroom which has those in my collection I haven’t read, new books, library loans and those borrowed from friends.
Then there’s the e-reader. Mostly arranged by series with a liberal sprinkling of bookmarks.
